A look at Deep Eddy Pool from afar.

Looking to dip your toes in a pool as quintessentially Austin as Barton Springs Pool, but slightly less frigid?

Deep Eddy Pool is your place.

Get a 360-degree view of what this pool looks like on a typical summer day:

After what initially began as a Colorado River swimming hole-turned-resort in the 1920s, Deep Eddy Pool is known as the oldest swimming pool in Texas. At certain points in Austin's history, the pool featured slides, a zip line and a Ferris wheel. Water temperatures vary between 65- and 75-degrees year-round.
