Doppler radar estimates a widespread 1 to 3 inches of rainfall has occurred across the warned area, with isolated pocket near 6 inches southwest of Liberty Hill. Flash flooding is already occurring. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Burnet, Marble Falls, Bertram, Leander, Granite Shoals, Meadowlakes, Liberty Hill, Longhorn Cavern State Park, Smithwick, Oatmeal, Cottonwood Shores and Seward Junction.
