Albino elk in the bluebonnets between Marble Falls and Cedar Park

Weekend Drive

We spent the day in Fredericksburg, being Central Texas tourists. On the way back we decided to go through Marble Falls and take 1431 back to Cedar Park. About 10 miles down 1431 we noticed this white elk grazing on the fence line among the bluebonnets. It was an amazing sight. Not only to see an elk in Texas, but an albino one at that. Ended a perfect day.
