My brother-in-law, Ray Stapleton, took these photos. The colorful flag was up early in the storm. Given that they had 28" of snow in December, multiple snows since, and now this monster, it appears someone in VA has ticked off the snow gods! I believe the snow did let up shortly after the white flag was raised!
