My name is Susan Moeller and I live in Lakeway, Texas. Today, the first of December, I discovered a blooming bluebonnet while walking in our Lakeway City park. Normally a March bloomer, the late bluebonnet is a result of a long, dry summer and the recent mild, rainy weather.
