Went to One Texas Center on Barton Springs road for business and had to park on the fifth level of the parking garage. When I got out of my car I was taken by the scene of our beautiful city in the bright sun in the fall, around 10:30 A.M. on a "crisp" Wednesday morning of December 7, 2011.
