I drive by Bank of America at night in Cedar Park at Parmer and 1431, right by HEB, and water is gushing out from the sprinklers. I contacted them a couple of weeks ago and told them this needed to be fixed, but as you can see from the picture it is not fixed. It is so wasteful, especially in this terrible drought. And this sprinkler head even if fixed doesn't need to be there anymore because all it is watering is a sidewalk and rocks. I think this very irresponsible.
