We rolled up on this major accident on Fitzhugh Road on our way to Pedernales Falls. Fire department had the road blocked at Cross Roads, and were turning traffic around. Local law enforcement would not allow me near the site, and I was unable to obtain any details. This same area was the scene of a previous fatality this past April.
