I heard a loud crash while working in my studio at 7700 N. Lamar and went out on the balcony to see what had happened. Two dark red cars had been in a collision, and police cars were already on site. The police had a man in custody, on the ground in handcuffs, who, though face down , was kicking wildly at the officers who were standing around him. They just picked him up an scooted him along the ground away from the feeder road, and waited for the ambulances. Upload ending in 23 is the accident victim (I suppose)being removed from car. Upload ending in 16 is the officers putting the man in the car.
