"SOS" from the Texas Capitol! A dramatic sign of the times! On April 1, 2011 as Texas Representatives debated HB 1, voices of children, youth, and adults with disabilities rang out from the Capitol steps in protest. HB 1 will hurt Texas families, cutting essential health and education services. A "Nightlight" Vigil sent out the "SOS" signal for "Save Our State."
