Sweet Girl Needs Loving Home

Rescued with her 8 siblings from Bastrop Animal Shelter at 3 weeks, Cheyenne will be ready for her new home this Friday, the 28th, but is available for preadoption right now! She is a sweetheart, bottle fed for a few weeks so a real people lover, raised in a home with dogs, kids, and cats, so she gets along with everyone. Greets all with full body wiggles, and in typical puppy fashion loves to play and sleeps hard :) She is already learning to come when called, working on going potty outside, and is perfecting the art of sitting for a treat (she's quite gifted). When she gets really excited she hops like a bunny LOL

Here is a link to her playing with her brother Apache (who was just preadopted) earlier this morning: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BWs4w5AJNXQ Cheyenne is the one with the white markings on her paws (and does the rollover)

Cheyenne and her brothers and sisters were taken off of the euthanasia list, so if you adopt one of them, you are saving not only them but also the next dog Austin Pets Alive! can save in their place!

To find out how you can take Cheyenne home with you email adopt@austinpetsalive.org.

And check out APA!’s other available dogs: http://www.austinpetsalive.org/adopt/dogs
All APA! dogs and puppies are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, tested for heartworms (if over 6 mo old), microchipped, and have a 30-day health insurance plan.
