I was at Sam Bass Park taking pictures after the storms, when this child was left unattended near the rapidly running waters of the creek. Mom was talking on the phone approximately 20 yards away, (I was between child and mother) while Dad was approximately 50 yards away. When I pointed this out to the mom, she became belligerent. Her phone call seemed much more important. When I threatened to call the police, she finally went to get the child, and then verbally attacked me.
