The alarm clock went off 5:30am. We debated whether or not we should get up, make the coffee and take the boat over to mansfield dam in the dark. It was worth it! The weather was perfect, the balloons were amazing. I even got to touch a balloonist. The two guys dipped down to our boat to high five and it ended up being a sweet impromptu kiss with the captain and me.
