KVUE Weather Snapshot Contest rules
3. Mark Murray will chose one winner daily from all valid submissions. Those daily winners will then have the opportunity to win a monthly prize from IBC Bank. A committee of IBC Bank employees and/or KVUE Television employees will select winners of the monthly prize. Total prize value will differ month to month.
