Double amputee steals candy, then leads police on wild car chase

Police in League City say a double amputee led them on a wild chase over a stolen bag of candy. Officers say they saw his 18-year-old son throw the bag of candy out of the car window. They say vehicle reached speeds of over 100 mph.
