Austin Pets Alive! celebrates no-kill anniversary

Since 1997 Austin Pets Alive! has worked tirelessly to find animals in Central Texas good homes. In fact the organization is celebrating its second year as the largest no-kill city in the country. To celebrate, APA! is holding a party.
