Police say tweet prompts deadly shooting at Tyler mall

Police said Ricky Neal Jr. was at Tyler's Broadway Square Mall morning when he ran into a group of young men around 9:30 Saturday morning. They were angry about a tweet Neal had sent to one of their girlfriends.
