San Antonio endorses bill making graffiti punishable by mandatory jail time

Enough is enough, city leaders say. A slap on the wrist will no longer be an option for those who vandalize San Antonio buildings if House Bill 38 passes in Austin. Offenders could lose their drivers license and face mandatory jail time.
