Local cyclists say they're not surprised by Armstrong's confession

Chilly temperatures kept many Austin cyclists inside Monday night, however, the few who braved the chill told KVUE they're not surprised about Lance Armstrong's reported confession to Oprah Winfrey that he used performance enhancing drugs.
