Hurricane Sandy churns in Caribbean; Northeastern U.S. making preps

After striking Jamaica, Cuba, and the Bahamas, Hurricane Sandy is headed toward the Northeastern United States. For people in the Northeast, Sandy could be a repeat of "The Perfect Storm", which hit the region in October 1991.
