Nestande indicted on more serious charges in fatal hit-and-run

According to our exclusive news partner the Austin-American Statesman, Gabrielle Nestande, a former Capitol staffer who was awaiting trial in a high-profile fatal hit-and-run was indicted late Wednesday on two more serious charges.
