Jasper goes home: Group to deliver dog not allowed on airlines

Jasper was training to deploy to Afghanistan, but after he suffered a heat stroke, he was retired from the Army. His owner couldn't get him home because airlines refused to fly a pit bull. But, thanks to a local group Jasper's going home at last.
