AUSTIN -- Strong winds are blowing back into Central Texas Tuesday, placing another Red Flag Warning over the area.
Last week gusty winds sparked fires and knocked out power to thousands across the area.
Austin Energy is asking those who lose power Tuesday to call them at (512) 322-9100. AE can then pinpoint the problem spot faster.
The day is expected to be mainly sunny and windy. The Red Flag Warning for a high wildfire danger will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Northwest winds are expected to blow 20 to 35 mph, with some gusts blowing 40 to 45 mph. The high is 67 degrees.
A freeze will fall over the Hill Country Tuesday night. The low will be 36 degrees.
