WEST, Texas - Some West residents were allowed to enter back into their neighborhoods on Saturday, 3 days after the explosion at the fertilizer plant nearby.

The return home has been delayed due to concerns that chemicals at the West Fertilizer Plant might still pose a threat. Even Saturday only a portion of the neighborhood was granted access, those closest to the blast still cannot enter, neither can anyone under the age of 18.

Those that are allowed are advised to use caution, and enter at their own risk. They have limited access to water and utilities, and must be inside by 7pm.
