WILLIAMSON COUNTY -- Grand Buffet at 100 Carlos G. Parker boulevard in Taylor failed its Williamson County health inspection with 31 demerits. Thirty is the most you can have and still pass.

Among the problems spotted by inspectors were roaches and crickets in the kitchen area. There was a hand sink in the kitchen without soap for the employees. Also, there was a spray bottle of 409 on a kitchen shelf, in contact with cooking utensils. The inspector also spotted an employee spraying pots and pans then reusing with washing them without soap.

On the required follow-up inspection Grand Buffet passed with 27 demerits.
