WILLIAMSON COUNTY -- The new year brings in some new faces in public office. KVUE was on hand for a big swearing in ceremony in Williamson County.
Jana Duty took over as the new district attorney in Williamson County. Duty now fills the seat of longtime outgoing district attorney John Bradley.
There's also a new sheriff in town in Williamson County. Sheriff James Wilson was sworn into office this afternoon.
And friends, family and staff also gathered to witness the swearing in of new state board of education member Tom Maynard.
Congratulations to all who are stepping into their new jobs for the new year!
