APD looking for masked robber accused of four area robberies

AUSTIN -- Austin police are seeking the public's help in identifying and locating a robbery suspect accused of four Austin burglaries.

Police say the man robbed three businesses in October and one so far this month. Those robberies are as follows:

- Tuesday Oct. 16 -- Tinnin Food Mart located at 1516 Tinnin Ford

- Sunday, Oct. 28 -- Prestige Video located at 2030 E. Oltorf

- Tuesday Oct. 30 -- Domino’s Pizza located at 719 W. William Cannon

- Thursday Nov. 1 -- Cash America Pawn located at 1904 E. Riverside Drive

In all four cases, the suspect showed a weapon, demanded cash and left with an undisclosed amount of money.  In the most recent case, the suspect discharged a weapon and injured someone.

The suspect is described as a black male who is 5’7” to 5’9” in height and wears a mask. In previous incidents, he was last seen wearing a black baseball cap with a red bill and red logo, blue jogging pants with white stripes, gloves, and socks worn over his shoes. In the most recent incident, he was last seen wearing black clothing and a Halloween mask.
