KEY WEST, Florida -- Tropical Storm Isaac is bringing intense downpours and strong gusts of wind to Key West.
Three foot waves from the Gulf of Mexico crashed against the South Florida shores on Sunday.
There were flooded streets, and people had to wade through the water.
