The sun could unleash solar flares toward Earth on Wednesday. NASA tracked a dark hole on the sun's surface. According to www.spaceweather.com, that sun spot is expected to launch a monster solar storm, which creates the flare.

Sun spots are caused by extreme activity. Solar flares can affect power grids and satellites. They are not expected to cause any major damage, but they could have an impact on your gadgets.
