GATLINBURG, Tennessee -- The state of Tennessee is under an emergency alert in the face of heavy rain and flooding.
Storms have pounded Tennessee with heavy rains since Sunday.
Now with the temperatures dropping, there are fears that those same storms could bring freezing rain later Wednesday.
