FARGO, North Dakota -- We may be enjoying some warmer than normal weather in the Austin area, but that's not the case up north.
A reporter in Fargo, North Dakota had some fun with the below zero cold. First he threw a cup of water into the air. You can see it almost immediately change into a frozen cloud.
He also demonstrated by using a banana as a hammer. And of course, the frozen solid shirt left outside.
