AUSTIN -- A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect until 8 p.m. with a 100 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Thunderstorms could produce large hail, damaging winds, and isolated tornadoes. 

A Flash Flood Watch will be in effect from 6 p.m. Thursday to noon Friday with a 90 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3", with isolated amounts of 4" are possible.
