AUSTIN -- The cool temperatures Monday were a nice relief from the Texas heat.
On Monday the weather is expected to be sunny and warm with a high of 95 degrees. Temperatures were in the 60s early Monday morning.
For the rest of the week temperatures won't go higher than the 90s. Lows will be in the 60s and 70s.
Another cold front should hit Central Texas on Friday, bringing a 30 percent chance of rain and cooler temperatures in the low 90s and high 60s.
