WILLAMETTE PASS, Oregon -- Trick-or-treaters in Willamette Pass, Oregon might need snow shoes this Halloween.
An arctic blast dumped up to five inches of snow in parts of the northwest Monday.
The early snow is expected to stick around until Friday, when another storm could hit as early as the weekend.
