CINCINNATI, Ohio -- With the Olympics going on in London, we have been hearing a lot about world records being broken. And there was one set in the U.S. recently.
The Cincinnati Zoo's 11-year-old cheetah Sarah is the world's fastest mammal. Last month the big cat ran 100 meters in 5.95 seconds, beating her 2009 record.
The world's fastest human, Jamaican Olympian Usain Bolt, takes 9.58 seconds to run the same distance.
Sarah was clocked at 61 miles-per-hour.
