HALIFAX, Nova Scotia -- Animals are therapeutic, and it seems they can melt away the stress of college as well.
Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia set up a "puppy room" so students could spend a few minutes with trained therapy dogs.
The idea is to help students deal with exam time, which can be pretty rough. More than 300 students lined up to pet the dogs when the room first opened.
At one point the wait time to get into the room was nearly 45 minutes.
