A new study says Austin is the fourth-most congested city in the country and drivers wasted 38 hours last year being stuck in gridlock. Just three years ago Dallas was the fifth most congested city but now it ranks 21st on the list. Dallas drivers still lose almost 21 hours idling in traffic.

Meanwhile, the Insurance Council of Texas says damages from the explosion at the fertilizer plant in West will reach $100 million dollars once adjusters are allowed to inspect all of the structures and vehicles that were damaged.

And get ready for the return of the Twinkie. The two private equity firms that bought Hostess' snack cake business say they're hiring 300 workers to bring a Georgia factory back on line this summer. The factory makes Twinkies, Cupcakes, HoHo's and Ding-Dongs.

Prom time is upon us and a new survey from Visa says when you add it all up- photography, limos and clothes - spending on prom is up for a second straight year, hitting an average of more than $1,100 per family this year. People in the south actually spend more than $1,200 - that's a 5 percent increase over last year.

Dallas-based Chuck E. Cheese is expanding internationally.  The company just opened a location in Panama City which is part of their multi-year plan to open new stores in Central America.
