Mack Brown's Texas Longhorns are experiencing another change in offensive philosophy. The 'Horns offensive will be utilizing an up tempo system, similar to what Texas used vs Oregon State in the Alamo Bowl.
Brown believes his defense, which was the 73rd ranked scoring defense in the nation in 2012 allowing nearly 30 points per game, will benefit from practicing against this offense each day in practice.
