Students at Caraway Elementary in Round Rock ISD were among hundreds of students across Central Texas who collected cans and clothes as part of the Legacy of Giving program.
The program is designed to teach children the value of philanthropy.
The cans were donated to the Capital Area Food Bank and the coats were given to the Coats for Kids drive.
