Standing water on MoPac causes traffic backup

AUSTIN -- Standing water on southbound MoPac had traffic at a standstill for hours on Wednesday.

The water came up to mid-calf on TxDOT crews who were standing on the road near Spicewood Springs.

Crews opened the one lane affected around 9 a.m.
