CARROLTON, Texas --  Texans are voicing their frustration over the government shutdown in all kinds of ways.

An October-appropriate creation by a Carrolton father and his two sons pokes fun at the crisis.

Their jack-o-lantern carving is only halfway done. There's a sign on top mocking those at national parks which reads, "Due to the government shutdown, work on this pumpkin has been temporarily halted."
