HOUSTON—It appears someone may have been up to no good Monday morning because look at what was found in a fountain near downtown Houston -- bubbles!
The Wortham fountain on Allen Parkway was overflowing with bubbles.
Authorities speculate someone may have put soap in the fountain as a prank.
