AUSTIN -- A man suspected of robbing two Austin banks this week is in custody.

Edward Hart is charged with felony robbery.

According to an arrest affidavit, the 46-year-old walked into the Prosperity Bank on Research Blvd. and Payton Gin Road and told the teller, "Give me all of your 20s."

The teller had an uneasy feeling and hid most of the money and put $40 on the counter.

Hart grabbed it, put it back, and said, "don't bother."

He then went to the Frost Bank near I-35 and 51st Street and made the same request. That teller handed over money.

While reviewing surveliance photos, a police dective recognized Hart as someone who had been living across the street from him for about a year.
