It's almost time to spring forward! Daylight Savings Time begins at 2 a.m. Sunday. This means we'll get a little less sleep, which can pose some problems. 

Dr. Jennette Cross with the Austin Diagnostic Clinic spoke to KVUE about the importance of a good night's sleep.
