A court battle for an overweight dachshund in Oregon has been won by his current owner.
At least for now.
The judge ruled that Oregon Dachshund Rescue could not take the pup from its current foster mom, Nora Vanatta. The group alleges that Vanatta is just trying to exploit the obese pup.
