A piece of flying history is back in Central Texas.
The Devil Dog -- a World War II B-25 finally arrived home Tuesday at Georgetown Municipal Airport.
It blew an engine during an air show in Oshkosh, Wisconsin in August and was stuck there until the commemorative air force could raise the money for a new engine.
The entire purpose of the plane is to be a piece of history we can see and touch.
"The most intriguing part is going to air shows and meeting the people that flew these and hearing their stories. It helps give them memories."Beth Jenkins, pilot
This plane was built in 1944 and is one of only 25 B-25's still flying.
