AUSTIN -- Folks lined up for a big Fourth of July parade in North West Austin.

For more than 40 years the Northwest Austin Civic Association has celebrated Independence Day with a parade down Far West Boulevard.

Somewhere around 2,000 people lined the street to watch the marching bands, fire trucks, antique cars, and even miniature pets.
