AUSTIN -- Police say a fatal hit and run Sunday night was no accident.
Two men were struck by a silver, four-door pickup truck on North Lamar Boulevard near McPhaul Street just before 10:15 p.m. Sunday.
Now a man is charged with murder. An arrest affidavit says 27-year-old Roman Huerta hit one of the people with his car on purpose after an argument in the parking lot of the North Austin Events Center.
One person was killed and another seriously hurt in the crash.
The man killed has been identified as 30-year-old Lazaro Rodriguez.
One witness told police Huerta and Rodriguez got into a fight one month ago and said Rodriguez punched Huerta in the face.
Huerta's bond is set at $1 million. Police are still looking for him.
