HOUSTON – Kids at the Children’s Museum celebrated “Pi Day” Thursday with a pie fight.
Pi Day is celebrated around the world on March 14 (3/14). The Pi (Greek letter “π”) is used in math to represent a constant — the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter — which is approximately 3.14159.
The shaving cream pie fight was one of many events that the museum had to teach kids about pi.
