Jazzercise not just cool in the '80s anymore

Getting back in shape is easy if you're having fun too, which is why a lot of people are grabbing their stretch pants and headbands and getting back into jazzercise.

Jazzercise is a growing fitness movement for men and women of all ages. KING 5's Christie Johnson tried it out Wednesday morning, while rocking a great outfit.
 
"Jazzercise is a sixty minute class that incorporates jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, hip hop and Latin style movements, it's a full body workout," said Jennifer Colaner, jazzercise instructor.
 
Colaner says that participants can easily burn 600 calories in a sixty minute session and there are over 150 classes offered in the Seattle area.
